A: Due to the unique type of our items, if you would like to change your mind or refund the amount paid you have two options:

  • Send an email to info@guidabags.com within 24 hours of your purchase asking to cancel the order and refund the payment amount. The process takes 3 working days to be completed.
  • If you have already received the item and would like to return it, you have 3 days to request a return and refund. In that case, you need to send the item back to us.
